Massage is the manipulation of the body's soft tissues providing treatment for stress or pain. Swedish -softer slower strokes provide the client with a calming/relaxing experience.
Sports/deep tissue massage - takes a deeper firmer approach and will give a more therapeutic and invigorated effect, aiding performance, reducing injury risk and improving recovery times
