The following are some questions that you may have about having a treatment.  If you have any other questions please contact me via my email address and I will be happy to answer them.

How should I prepare for my treatment ?

You may like to take a shower before the massage. 

What can I expect once the I arrive ?

I will have a short chat with you in order that I have enough information to provide you with a treatment specifically to your needs. I will leave you to undress and provide you with towels for your privacy.

What should I wear during the treatment ?

Its your choice, I will use full towel technique to retain dignity at all times. Some women wear their lower underwear or bikini bottoms, men, shorts or swim trunks.  

What kind of products are used ?

I mainly like to use massage oil that contains Grape Seed oil and a hint of lavender to aid relaxation.
